Blue Water Boat, RV, & Mini Storage is a state-of-the-art storage facility, offering a wide range of storage options for residents and businesses throughout Round Rock, TX and several other surrounding areas. We’re proud to be a Class A facility with valuable features including fresh water, sewer, 50, 30, and 10 amp electric outlets with plenty of room to open your RV slides. To avoid fires, our facility has concrete drives and our covered storage has concrete walls. All storage that does not have concrete walls have sprinkler systems.
Unlike other local storage facilities, we value our tenants and the safety of their belongings. Our facility was built with essential amenities to ensure ultimate safety at all times including 24-hour video surveillance, perimeter fencing, and computer controlled gate entry. For convenience, our units are drive-up accessible and tenants have back door access using their personal garage door opener for easy entry and exit in the front.
